Delivery Information

All orders for in-stock items are dispatched quickly and are delivered by our trusted partners Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL.   Out-of-stock items will be sent as soon as they are received by us, unless you cancel your order, or request an alternative item in the meantime.

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £25.00

Standard Delivery - £4.50
Average delivery time 3 - 5  working days.

Next Working Day Delivery - £7.00 (UK Mainland Only)
Order by 11am previous working day, stating you wish next day delivery in the notes section when ordering.

Heavy Items - as indicated in Product Description
These will be charged at cost - please email for a quote.

EEC and Rest of the World
Minimum delivery is £10.00 for EEC and £20.00 RoW.  We will charge at cost, please email separately for a quote.

The environment
We care about the environment and use biodegradable and recyclable products to pack orders where possible.  We also re-use cardboard boxes, so if your order arrives in a box that looks like it has been used before it has!
